Welcome to Trinity Hills Valley a mountain retirement community at only a 50-minute drive from Panama city, Panama. 
Three years ago when we set out to build this beautiful development we had envisioned years before we didn’t expect to be launching at the brink of the worst economic times the world had known since the great depression.

Now that the worst of the storm seems to be over, and I emphasize the word “seems”, we are happy to report we continue to grow, steadily, towards the goal we set out to accomplish: to build a few homes nestled in this blessed piece of land which is nurtured by constant breezes year round and from where views of indescribable beauty are…well, all there is to look at.


We are building an exclusive development surrounded by gorgeous mountains. Our idea has been to intrude a little in an otherwise untouched master piece of nature’s and build in such a manner as to only allow amenities that provide for comfortable and safe living causing the least adverse effect on the area, its vicinity and its neighboring community.

 

Most retirement communities in Panama and elsewhere catered and sought to attract only those kind souls looking to settle to a quieter, inexpensive and warmer country.
While aspiring to attract retirees, and foreign residents alike, we also envision a small year round lively community, and not one that only thrives when the weather is cold up north. Hence, we welcome Panamanians and non-retirees as well.
