Martinelli defeats "the stablishment" in historic election.
Business man turned politician Ricardo Martinelli won by what he had predicted would be a “tsunami” of votes against ruling PRD party in a historic election. Panamanians turned out to vote since early yesterday Sunday, May 3 and by 8pm the Electoral Tribunal had announced the virtual winner of the election with a little more than 23% of the vote count registered and a clear tendency of 63% of said vote for Martinelli. The President-elect has reiterated his campaign promise of ending government corruption, improving Panama’s security standards (still one of the best in the region but less than what historically has been) |

providing Panama with a modern public transportation system as well as health and education. His views of government are that of a pro-business organization that allows for fair and free market practices. His administration should continue to build upon Panama’s recent economic success by continuing the expansion of the Panama Canal as well as making it easier for business to flourish in a mostly service driven economy.
Martinelli, is a 54 year old self-made business man who owns Panama’s largest supermarket chain as well as other assortment of businesses. He is married and has three children.

Construction of two model homes starts
Two home models are unders construction at Trinity Hills Valley, the 2 houses are going to be build on lot 3 and on lot 24.
